About The Fly Shop
TFS website has been in existence since Feburary 1, 2012. For now at least, we will continue to maintain the basically noncommercial, informational nature of the site, although online sales are under serious consideration. Thousands of flyfishers visit each day, but we still believe that many of the sections of our website are underutilized. Here are a few that are of particular benefit:
- FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions -- We spend numerous hours on the phone each year informing visiting anglers how to get to the store, where to stay in the area, how to get a license, and how to hire a guide. Answers to all those questions and more can be found at the click of a mouse on the FAQ page.
- Articles -- Often, we are asked questions that are treated with considerable depth in our site archives. Our archives, updated monthly, now contain more than 100 articles on a variety of flyfishing topics, focused on flyfishing in Central PA.
